【重磅新闻】刘昊威领衔CAA在“一带一路”海外重点项目夺冠-CAA建筑事务所
最新消息，由刘昊威领衔的CAA建筑事务所设计方案在“马尔代夫临空经济区”国际竞标中获得第一名。
Congratulations to CAA (Core of Architecture & Art) lead by Liu Haowei, whom have won the design bidding procedure to construct, “MaldivesAirportEconomicZoneDevelopment”.
马尔代夫临空经济区项目是国家 “一带一路” 的海外重点项目。由北京城建集团组织的专家评审团评估了众多国际知名建筑事务所的设计方案。 最终，CAA建筑事务所的作品 “海洋天堂 Ocean's Heaven” ，凭借从海洋生长出的“生命之城”这一独特设计理念及建筑的艺术魅力获胜。该项目预计于2021年全部建成，建成后将成为“21世纪海上丝绸之路”向世界展示的窗口。
Earlier this month, CAA won the “Maldives Airport Economic Zone Development” bid which is a program to meet Belt and Road Initiative, hosted by the Beijing Urban Construction Group (BUCG). Finally石悦安鑫 , the concept of sculpting architecture as the “city of life” gained all the agreements from their jury and pushed the “Ocean’s Heaven” into the first place. This project construction will be finished in 2021.

“马尔代夫临空经济区”是北京城建集团在中马建交45周年之际，于2017年12月7日在两国领导人的见证下签订的国际产业合作项目。
On December7th维恩口腔, 2017, China and the Maldives agreed to jointly promote the Belt and Road Initiative to energize bilateral ties, meanwhile the contract of “Maldives Airport Economic Zone Development” was signed.

该项目位于马尔代夫首都新城胡鲁马累岛核心位置，总规划占地60万平米，建筑面积11万平米火烧庆功楼。其中包含六大功能：即空港空企服务中心、国际贸易中心、会议会展中心，商业购物中心、中高端旅游配套设施及交通枢纽。未来将成为马尔代夫最具地标性的建筑群及马尔代夫滨海新区对外的国家名片。
The project is located at the core of the western coastal area of Hulhumale island in the Maldives, covering an area of about 600,000㎡. Hulhumale is a completely reclaimed island approximately 8 kilometers northeast of the capital of Male, also the island adjacent to the national airport, connected by the newly constructedfriendship bridge.

Design lead by founder Liu Haowei炮灰向前冲, CAA combines the idea of art and architecture together, and aims to create a new city landmark for the people of the Maldives. As the world biggest archipelago, from the sky, the Maldives resembles beautiful pearls spread across the Indian Ocean. This is where theconceptual design idea wasborn.
设计将热带文化，海洋生态系统，绿色再生能源的概念相融合，使一个具有生命体特征的纽带从海洋生长，链接着人和城市。
The design concept brings the idea of tropical culture, ocean systems andrenewable energy structures into a living belt, then connects human-beings and their home.
正如刘昊威所说：“一切生命源于海洋，从这里生长出天堂般的城市，是我内心对生命之源的赞美和构想。”
Liu Haowei said, " It is unbelievable when I think that every single life form initially comes from this wonderful ocean.The name ‘Ocean’s Heaven’ is the anthem I have described to show the imagination in my mind, responding to mother nature. "
可持续能源系统设计让整个建筑群中70%的能源消耗通过自身循环供给孟婆哪里多，真正意义上实现了绿色能源的回收与利用。CAA创造了一个人与自然共生的环境僵尸宝贝 ，一座有“生命力”的建筑群落。这便是“海洋天堂”爱在人间歌词。
The renewable energy systems will aim to generate 70% of the energy needed to support the Architecture. In order to do this, CAA have designed an engine which motivates nature’s metabolism, allowing humans and nature live harmoniously together. This is the most striking work that CAA can do for marine ecology, and this is why it has been named, “Ocean'sHeaven.”

而提起负责此项目投资建设的北京城建集团，就算你对他们不了解，也一定在他们所建造的国家地标前惊叹过。从国家大剧院，鸟巢，CCTV大楼，再到最近刚登陆地球的外星人基地——北京新机场都是由他们建造的。可以说他们是全球最领先的城市建设及开发集团，并拥有丰富的海外建设与投资经验。
BUCG will work alongside the design team to deliver the project. BUCG, who is China’s largest construction and investment group have completed constructing projects including the Grand National Theatre (NTPA), Olympic National stadium (China), China Central Television Headquarters（CCTV), and the latest project currently under construction will be the world largest airport, Beijing Daxing International Airport Terminal个体工商户验照表,designed by Zaha Hadid Architects.

It is not the first time for CAA to design an iconic project.During 2009-2012，CAA participated in the design of the Beijing-shanghai High-speed Railway Interior fit out雷霆特警 , which represents and symbolizes the development of the Chinese high-speed rail network.Again, congratulations to CAA!
